It’s been 6 months since I was in Alaska, but I can still feel the cool clean air. I couldn’t hike enough while I was there!
This pic was taken while my boyfriend and I were hiking the Gold Mint Trail. It was the longest and most challenging hike we did while I was visiting Alaska.
I was able to get this shot just before a storm rolled in. We had gone in too far to turn around, so we hiked the rest of the 10 miles to our camp site in the pouring rain, camped through the storm, and then hiked almost the entire 10 miles out getting sopping wet!
We weren’t so happy at the time, but we laugh about it now.
